[26/11 20:21] 777pranav2010: Eat clean and green. Eat organic. I wear Red for heart disease and stroke awareness. What I like for me is GMO-free. Eat your greens to fit into your jeans. Eat right and light. Take care of your body and it will take care of you. Don't be a brat, burn that fat. Eat well, be well. Eat right, live strong. Rest a while and run a mile. You can't enjoy wealth if you're not in good health. Burn calories not gas. Eat wise, drop a size. Eat the best, leave the rest. Fruits & veggies - more matters. Keep in shape by eating grape. Hustle to gain more muscle. Ignore your health, it will go away. Your stomach shouldn't be a waist basket. Don't wait to lose weight. Jump and turn and feel the burn. It's fun to run. You'll huff and puff if you eat a lot of stuff. Exercise to be strong and your life prolong. You have to eat right for the fat to take flight. If you let the cake control, you'll look like a cinnamon roll. Stop wishing to lose weight and take action to change your fate. If losing weight is you goal, you must have some self-control. Know your farmer, know your food. Diet cures more than doctors. Nutrition: It can save your life! Running a mile will be worthwhile. Berries, apples, bananas, and pears, help reduce health worries and scares. Drop the fries and move those thighs! For good health's sake, run, jump, and shake. Just for the health of it! One day at a time. One workout at a time. One rep at a time. Commit to be fit. Healthy eating for a strong heart beating. Give up the fat, watch your belly go flat. Achieving and maintaining good health is a process which continues throughout our life. Regular exercise and healthy eating habits should help maintain your body and mind in a healthy state. At times, you may feel discouraged and not be able to regain your health from illness, obesity, or other similar conditions.
