             'अयोग्य सवयींतून निश्चित सुटका- RRR पॅटर्न"

        "खूप confidential आहे मॅडम कुठेच बोलू नका माझ्या मुलाला, माझ्या मुलीला अमुक अमुक ही चुकीची सवय लागली आहे त्यांच्या मित्रां मुळे, मॅम मदत कराल का त्याच्याशी एकदा बोलाल का?"
अशा मोठ्या वाईट सवयी पासून मला जंक फूड खाण्याची, रात्री झोपताना मोबाईल वर Netflix Prime .... काय काय बघत उशिरा झोपायची सवय आहे,
किंवा smoking ची drinking ची सवय आहे"
अशा स्वतः बद्दलच्या तक्रारी घेवून कित्येक जण क्लिनिक मध्ये माझ्याशी नेहमीच बोलत असतात.
Case history taking session मध्ये स्वतः ची जन्मापासून आत्तापर्यंत ची संपूर्ण शारीरिक आणि मानसिक माहिती द्यायला लागते तिथे तर हमखास बोलते होतात बरेच वैतागलेले पेशंट.
काहींना तिथेच थोडक्यात तर बऱ्याच जणांना seperate one to one REBT session घेवून scientific मदत केली जाते.
तर
आज ह्या च अत्यंत महत्त्वाच्या टॉपिक वर खूप मोलाची आणि अत्यंत प्रभावी माहिती आपण बघणार आहोत.

       कुठलीही वाईट किंवा चुकीची एखादी सवय तुम्हाला आहे आणि ती तुम्हाला सोडायची आहे, तर तुम्ही अगदी motivated असता की आता या trap मधून मी बाहेर येणारच.
-मग ही मंडळी चांगले motivational lectures ऐकतात व्हिडिओज बघतात, अगदी motivated होतात,
-मग ते deaddiction success Stories journey बघतात ऐकतात की कसे इतर जन ह्या चुकीच्या सवयी तून व्यसनातून बाहेर आले आपण ही आता असेच करायचे,
- आता ह्या मंडळींकडे भरपूर motivation जमा झाले आहे की 
१) आजपासून मी माझे व्यसन पिण्याचे किंवा सिगारेट चे or आणखी काही सोडून देणार
२) आजपासून रात्री लवकर वेळेत झोपणार
३) आजपासून healthy food च खाणार जंक सोडून देणार
४) आजपासून रात्री मोबाईल बघत वेळ घालवणार नाही किंवा त्यावर काही चुकीचे content बघणार नाही.
वैगरे वैगरे......
      आणि असा विचार करून ही मंडळी स्वतः ला ह्या सगळ्या वाईट सवयींपासून दूर ठेवण्या साठी स्वतः ला खूप कंट्रोल करतात.
पण ते यशस्वी होतात का?

तर मुळीच नाही...... बहुतांश जण पूर्ण असफल होवून पुन्हा आपल्या व्यसनात मग्न होतात.
कारण ह्या सगळ्यांकडे भरपूर इच्छा आहे, मानसिक आणि शाररिक तयारी आहे आणि motivation ही भरपूर आहे..... मात्र काहीही strategy नाही.... प्लॅन नाही😊
तर आज आपल्या लेखातून आपण अशीच एक अतिशय उपयुक्त strategy बघणार आहोत

      कुठल्याही चुकीच्या सवयीला सोडण्यासाठी आज आपण एक Scientifically proven, एकदम effective साधी, सोपी आणि best strategy आहे.

तर पेपर पेन घेवून आपले स्वतः चे Deaddiction project सुरू करा,
त्यात ली strategies वर काम करायला सुरू करा.
तर RRR म्हणजेच
1)R- Reason
2)R- Research
3)R- Replace 

🔷1) ⏭ R- for -Reason- तर कुठलीही चुकीची सवय सोडायची असेल तर strategy, plan असला पाहिजे की काय, कसे आणि नेमके का करायचे
त्यातला का? का? Why? आपण ही सवय का सोडायची आहे
ह्याचे REASON किंवा WHY ❓❓शोधा
    का सोडायचे आहे माझे व्यसन किंवा वाईट सवय?
तुम्हा ला उत्तर नक्की मिळेल.
मी एक दोन उदाहरणे देते म्हणजे तुमच्या लक्षात येईल

     आपल्याला रात्री उशिरा पर्यंत मोबाईल बघायची आणि जगायची सवय असेल 
आणि आई वडील रोज सांगून सांगून कंटाळले असतील स्वतः मोठे असाल तर स्वतः ही किती ठिकाणी वाचता ऐकता की मोबाईल बघू नये जास्त तरी ही सवय सुटत नसते तर 
ही सवय सोडण्यासाठी आपला WHY शोधा.
तर WHY असा असेल की 
मला माहिती झाले आणि मी पॉइंट्स paper वर लिहून काढले की मी रात्री मोबाईल जास्त बघतो म्हणून 
१) माझी झोप पूर्ण होत नाही झोप disfunction होते आहे.
२) झोप नीट होत नाही अपूर्ण होते म्हणून माझा कामात ला Focus concentration low झाले आहे
३) माझ्या memory वर त्याचा परिणाम होत आहे
४) माझे कामातील performances low होत जातो आहे 
५) माझी Physical health धोक्यात आहे मला weak वाटते मी आजारी जास्त वारंवार पडणार किंवा पडतो आहे....
    म्हणजे overall माझे खरतर personal, development चे कौटुंबिक आणि सामाजिक असे अस्तित्व च जणू धोक्यात येणार आहे.
    म्हणून मला ह्या वाईट सवयी तून बाहेर यायचे आहे.
हा Why असला तर नक्की पाऊल दणकट उचलून धडक जोरदार देणार आहोत आपण ह्या व्यसनाच्या विळख्या ला.

आता जोरदार Burning Desire असेल तुमच्याकडे ह्या व्यसनाच्या trap ला मुळापासून उपटून टाकायला.
आता हा Why? Why तुम्हाला कसा मिळेल यासाठी आहे पुढचा दुसरा R

आता ह्या R मध्ये Research करायचा आहे
Remove access to this bad habit as much as possible

आता एक मजेशीर उदाहरण बघुयात concept समजून घेण्यासाठी 1980 च्या आसपास Building lifts जास्त वापरू नये जिने चढून जावे लिफ्ट वापरणे हेल्थ साठी चांगले नाही यासाठी Researchers ने खूप प्रयत्न केले.
लोकांच्या हितासाठी वर्तमानपत्र, television वरून सर्वांना विनंती करण्यात आली, जनजागृती साठी लोकांना स्लोगन किंवा बोर्ड द्वारे लोकांपर्यंत मेसेज पोहोचवला गेला.
पण कडीचा फरक नाही झाला.....
     लोकांनी काही जिने चढणे सुरू केले नाही. लिफ्ट वापरायचे काही बंद केले नाही.
   अग scientists नी एक युक्ती केली की.
Strategy ठरवली,
की सगळ्या lifts ची बंद होण्याची वेळ 16 seconds delay केली.
म्हणजेच लिफ्ट बंद व्हायला आता १६ सेकंद जास्त लागायला लागली आणि लोकांना आता वाट बघत बसायला लागले की लिफ्ट बंद कधी होणार. 
आता लोकां चे patience कमी व्हायला लागले आणि आणि लोक वैतागून पायऱ्या चढायला लागले.
आणि लिफ्ट जवळची गर्दी आता कमी व्हायला लागली .....😊
     आपोआप लोकांनां चांगली सवय लागली.
आता पुढे पुन्हा लिफ्ट च्या वेळा पुन्हा पहिल्यासारखा set केल्या तरी लोकांनी लिफ्ट वापरणे सुरू नाही केले.
कारण आता जिने चढण्याची चांगली सवय त्यांना लागली होती.

आता खूप जास्त महत्त्वाचे ***VIMP

असेच आपण आपली वाईट सवय सोडायला आपल्याला त्या सवयी चे सगळे access बंद करायचे आहेत.
-जसे की फोन social media addiction साठी notifications off करून टाका, 
-चुकीच्या content बघण्याची सवय बंद करायची तर सगळे access बंद करा.
त्या सगळ्या साईट्स lock करा, apps, आणि व्हिडिओ साईट्स deactivate करा.

आता पुढचे खूप महत्त्वाचे
जसे काय करावे काय चांगले पहावे ह्याची रिसर्च करून माहिती घेतली
आता दुसरे
आपला brain कुठलीही गोष्ट जीचे ज्ञान घेत जातो जास्त frequently पाहत ऐकत असू knowledge घेत असू तेवढे त्या सवयीत आपण जास्त अडकत जातो.
Same with चुकीचे content बघणे तर आपण तशाच साईट्स परत परत बघत असतो त्या आपल्या सवयी अजून घट्ट करत जातात.
आता Neuropsychology
चे एक brain Technic strategy आपल्या ह्याच सवयी तून बाहेर येण्यासाठी आपण आता
ह्या गोष्टींची माहिती घ्यायची सारखी सारखी घेत राहायची की कसे हे चुकीचे आहे.
ह्या सवयी मुळे कसे आपले नुकसान होणार आहे?
किती मोठमोठ्या गंभीर परिणाम मला भोगावे लागतील या सर्वांची अगदी शास्त्रशुद्ध माहिती सारखी घेत राहायची.
आपण मोबाईल नाही जास्त वापरला पाहिजे, किंवा चुकीचे content नाही पाहिले पाहिजे.
ह्या related चे लेख, साहित्य, व्हिडिओज, लेक्चर्स साईट्स वारंवार पहिल्या पाहिजे

याने काय होणार तर याआधी मज्जा उपभोग मिळतो यामुळे वेगवेगळ्या खराब साईट्स पाहत होतो आता त्याच्या वाईट परिणामांच्या साईट्स व्हिडिओज contents बघायचे
आणि त्यामुळे brain मध्ये त्याची मोठी दखल घेतली जाणार आणि आपण
आपोआप आता ह्या bad habit मधून बाहेर येण्याचे content सारखे सारखे वाचून बघून आपण त्या सवयी तून बाहेर यायला सुरुवात होते😊

आता येतो 3rd R
कशासाठी तर हा R आहे
🔷3)⏭ R- R for Replace-
म्हणजे आपल्या चुकीच्या सवयी च्या ठिकाणी एखादी चांगली habit develope करायची.
कसे असते Neuropsychology नुसार आपण कुठलीही habit किंवा सवय कधीही आपल्या brain memory मधून काढू नाही शकत. कायम ती memory आपल्या brain मध्येच असते.
कधीही ती परत येते
आता बघा पहिला R reason दुसरा R research ह्या strategy चा उपयोग करून आपल्या ला कदाचित एकदम guilt वाटू शकते आणि आपण त्या guilt च्या त्रासातून बाहेर येण्यासाठी instant relief किंवा instant gratification सुख शोधत परत त्या वाईट सवयीत किंवा व्यसनात परत गुरफटून जावू शकतो.
तेव्हा मदत करणार आपला third किंवा तिसरा R
Replace your bad habits✖️ with New one
जसे की The great Socrates सांगतात
की
“The secret of change is to focus all your energy on NOT FIGHTING the old but on BUILDING the New”

म्हणूनच brain मधून पहिली वाईट सवयीची memory कधीच delete होत नाही मात्र पुसत होईल आणि insignificant trash files म्हणून पडून राहील जर new खूप चांगली सवय लावून घेतली
जसे झोपताना खूप वेळ मोबाईल बघायची सवय असेल तर त्याऐवजी पुस्तक वाचत झोपायची सवय लावा.
जंक food खायची खूप सवय आहे तर healthy tasty food खाण्याची सवय लावा.
अशाच सगळ्या वाईट चुकीच्या सवयीं ना चांगल्या आरोग्यदायी सवयी नी REPLACE करा.

झाला की नाही आपल्या ला वाईट सवयीं किना व्यसनाच्या दुष्टचक्रातून बाहेर काढण्याचा अगदी खात्रीशीर RRR पॅटर्न😊
